All bookings are subject to tax and an additional $100 incidental fee.

Our studio is located in the Nations in Nashville, TN. We are on the second story of a 3 story building with a staircase that leads to our door. 2 days before your rental you will receive an email from us with everything you need to know!

We are open Monday – Sunday from 8am-6pm. We do offer rentals outside of regular business hours so don’t hesitate to reach out!

We do offer event rentals, and our event rate is $200 an hour. A sweet spot in our space is less than 50 guests!

Full payment for your studio rental is required and a $100 refundable deposit is required to book your requested date. You will receive your check back or your credit card will be refunded back after your rental period if there was no breach of contract and all of the studio policies and clean up policies were adhered to.

Schedule your rental time so that you allow all set up and breakdown must be down within that time, as another client may be using the space prior. We also suggest to plan ahead for clients arriving late or your scheduled session running over. Plan time not only to break down equipment you used, but to also clean up any messes and return the studio to its original state.

Arriving before your scheduled time to set up is not allowed, as another client may be using the space prior. Please note that extending your scheduled time will result in a 50% increase in hourly rate.

We DO NOT offer refunds.

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following charges:

If 72 hours or more prior to the rental date, then Client has a one time reschedule allowance. This rescheduled rental date must be within 2 month of the original rental date.


If 48 – 72 hours prior to the rental date, then Client has a one time reschedule allowance. This rescheduled rental date must be within 1 month of the original rental date..


If less than 48 hours prior to rental date, then no payments will be refunded; no reschedule.

Yes! These will all be in your contract, but the most important are below.

The following are not allowed at any time unless with written permission from the studio manager:

Fires

Candles

Smoking

Pets

Glitter lose or on clothing

Confetti Flecks

Cake Smash Sessions

Sand

Anything that will stain the floors, walls, or furniture

Nails, pins, etc. on the walls

We do expect our renters to leave the space in a presentable state so we have a simple 5 step list for you to complete after your rental is over.

  1. Move everything back where you found it
  2. Vacuum up any debris created during your session, and plug it back in
  3. Swiffer up any foot prints created during your session’
  4. Return thermostats to the temperatures listed and turn off the lights
  5. If you placed any food or drinks in the trash can take it to the dumpster

If this is not completed after your session is over we will take $20 out of your incidental fee as a cleaning fee.
