TO RESERVE YOUR DATE AND TIME, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
Please see our calendar posted below to check if the date and time you are requesting is available. The calendar is updated daily Monday-Friday to reflect current bookings. The calendar is a planning tool; your date is not guaranteed.
The studio rents in one hour blocks. Booking begins exactly at your scheduled time. All set up and breakdown must be down within that time, as another client may be using the space prior. Standard business hours are 8am – 6pm.
The studio is not continuously staffed for that reason we have implemented a 5 step clean up routine for you to complete at the end of your booking.
If you are running behind, it’s extremely important to communicate that with us within 30 minutes of your scheduled time. Please read the booking contract thoroughly to avoid forfeiting your rental. We cannot guarantee accommodation if lateness exceeds the aforementioned amount.
Submit your reservation request.
Once our team has reviewed your studio rental request and confirmed your project adheres to our studio policies, you will receive a contract to sign with a link to pay your deposit and studio rental fee.
Both are required to secure your studio rental, and hold your rental on the calendar.
We DO NOT offer refunds.
Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following charges:
If 72 hours or more prior to the rental date, then Client has a one time reschedule allowance. This rescheduled rental date must be within 2 month of the original rental date.
If 48 – 72 hours prior to the rental date, then Client has a one time reschedule allowance. This rescheduled rental date must be within 1 month of the original rental date..
If less than 48 hours prior to rental date, then no payments will be refunded; no reschedule.
